Douglas Gray

Douglas provides value-added services to businesses by determining and fulfilling their best insurance verification solutions and offering vendor risk transfer insights that help drive their success. His personal touch is a differentiator, as is his ability to assist clients by drawing from his 20+ years of executive-level experience in business development, sales and customer service.

Prior to focusing in the insurance arena, Gray established two accomplished Windows-based software companies. His first business venture was Gray Systems, Inc., a computer/telecommunications company that saw its revenues increase by 175% within 36 months of inception. He became an entrepreneur after working in the international relations area, where he developed strong negotiating and networking skills, and he added to his "toolbox" by graduating from the Executive Management Program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Gray's most prestigious honors include being named Entrepreneur of the Year by the San Diego Catfish Club and having the San Diego City Council designate August 23rd as Douglas E. Gray Day. On a more global scale, Gray served as one of eight U.S. delegates in the first information technology trade mission to Egypt.

Gray remains active in the San Diego community. His past affiliations include the San Diego Urban League, San Diego Data Processing Corporation, City of San Diego Science and Technology Commission, and the San Diego Taxpayers Association.
